 Professional Qualifications of G. Michael Bradford

Mr. Bradford is a Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers with a specialty designation in business valuation and intangibles.

Mr. Bradford has provided financial analysis, expert testimony, and appraisal services for many private individuals, companies and agencies of the United States Federal Government. Mr. Bradford values businesses, patents, copyrights, license agreements, leases, leasehold interests and various other tangible and intangible assets.  His area of expertise includes business valuation, oil and gas properties, feasibility studies, Goodwill, and determination of economic benefits and losses.

He is a graduate of Stanford University – B.A., and Stanford University Graduate School of Business Administration – M.B.A.

Mr. Bradford’s senior associates are Senior Members of the American Society of Appraisers.

Appraisal Society Experience

Mr. Bradford is a past President of the Los Angeles Chapter (includes the Counties of Orange, Kern, Santa Barbara and Ventura) of the American Society of Appraisers. He currently serves on the Chapter’s Board of Directors.

Firm Experience

Oil Properties: Mr. Bradford’s firm appraises large independent oil companies and oil well service companies. His past experience includes responsibility for all oil and gas related assets for a large West Coast trust department.

Real Property Interests: G. Michael Bradford & Associates appraises hospitals, office buildings, apartment complexes, service stations, mobile home parks, car washes, churches, ranches, vacant land and all other commercial and industrial properties.  His firm also has special expertise in the appraisal of partial interests.

Machinery and Equipment:  The Bradford firm appraises all types of machinery and equipment, including food processing, plastic injection molding, wood working, metal working, test equipment, computer equipment and vehicles including all types of trucks and cranes.

Personal Property:  The firm appraises personal property of all kinds, including furniture and fixtures, computers, art, collectibles and special collections.  The firm also appraises medical and dental records.

Special Appraisals:  G. Michael Bradford & Associates appraises ESOP’s and shareholder interests subject to Section 2000 Dissolutions.  The firm estimates discounts of partnership and corporate interests and appraises tenant in common interests.  The firm appraises common and preferred stock interests and associates are qualified to testify in major jurisdictions on issues of goodwill, division of community property and other issues.
